# Hybrid & Composite Voting

### The ultimate goal of any dependable and honest full-service election management agency is to successfully facilitate secure, efficient, and high turnout elections.

## From our perspective, a one-size fits all approach to election management is unsustainable, and suggests a narrow and short-sighted vision of how these all-important contests should be administered.

We prefer a holistic approach that allows us to properly identify where improvements can be made, and most importantly, develop best practices to increase voter turnout.

**That's why we created composite and hybrid voting that combines paper and electronic options. Doing this ensures members have myriad options to choose from when planning elections. **

Building trusted relationships between yourself and voting members is a crucial component of any properly managed election. Our experienced and passionate staff is always willing to advise and execute strategies that contribute to a positive end result.

If your measurement of success is whether year-to-year voter turnout has improved, we’re happy to offer a wide array of voting methods that have proven to increase participation.

**How do we accomplish that? The simple answer is we provide members with as many options as possible.**

#### Hybrid Elections

With Hybrid elections, the method of voting comes down to a personal choice among your members. Specifically, voters will receive a mailed paper ballot offering the option to either cast a vote by paper or over the internet.

In turn, you’ll receive email addresses of all members who prefer online voting.

#### Composite Elections

With email addresses already collected, you’ll easily be able to transition to another method called “Composite” elections. This has become one of our most popular options because it allows us to email ballots directly to internet-voting members.

Anyone who hasn’t submitted an email will receive a paper ballot, which they can complete and return, or use to learn how to vote online.

#### Increase Turnout and Voter Satisfaction

Both options have shown to increase turnout and voter satisfaction, while also reducing printing and postage costs. Regardless of which option you choose, ballots are tabulated using our secure single-vote system.

We Provide Members With As Many Options As Possible

If your measurement of success is whether year-to-year voter turnout has improved, we’re happy to offer a wide array of voting methods that have proven to increase participation.

## The Ultimate Guide To Planning & Organizing Elections.

Elections are a vital function for member-based organizations. Each year, members gather at convention halls, designated voting sites, or complete ballots at home to decide bylaws or elect board members.

In many cases, these contests are legally mandated by the states in which organizations operate. The good news: You don’t have to do it alone. (More on that in a bit.)

Consider this your go-to guide for member-based elections. Whether you’re an election novice or have historically relied on professionals, this how-to guide will prepare you for each crucial step.
