# Election Nomination Services & Management

### There’s no reason for elections, and particularly the nomination process, to be a massive headache. Luckily, YesElections found a solution.

## Whether you want to submit your nominations through a petition or as a simple form, you can do so either electronically or by paper.

Along with investments in security, data privacy, and other online tools, we created Nominations Central™ to streamline the nomination process because we’re well aware that time is a valuable commodity for representatives of member-based organizations.

Nominations Central™ is essentially a one-stop shop where our partners can manage nominations from start to finish. Specifically, it allows candidates to complete applications at their own pace, lets other members nominate candidates, and assists the nominations committee with reviewing applications.

With Nominations Central™, nominating candidates has never been easier. We work directly with our partners to define the best way for nominees to appear on the ballot. Typically, candidates are selected through a petition requiring a specific amount of signatures or simply by listing names of candidates on a form.

#### Application Assistance

Candidates can submit biographies, resumes, photos and provide additional information directly through Nominations Central™. Our online forms automatically save any and all information entered or uploaded, meaning candidates can complete the process at a later time.

To ensure the integrity of an election is maintained, Nominations Central™ automatically notifies applicants if they are missing information or don’t meet eligibility requirements.

#### Application Review

You can be as hands on as you’d like. Your staff can remotely review applications, add comments and notes for others to review, and check the status of each application or review eligibility. You quite literally have full access to monitor applications at your leisure.

#### Nominations Promotion

Members can easily nominate someone who isn’t currently running by simply entering their email address. That person will instantly be notified via email that they’ve been nominated.

There are many ways in which YesElections can manage the collection of petition signatures:

- Paper– we can produce forms for collected signatures, and manage the process, tabulating accurate and verifiable results. With Election Manager™, you have access to a range of real-time reports.

- Online– We are able to easily and securely collect electronic signatures. Real-time results are available with the click of a button. Through Election Manager™, you have access to monitor progress and custom reports.

- Hybrid– If your organization wishes to collect paper and online signatures, we can produce both paper and online forms. With Election Manager™, you can monitor progress and have access to custom reports.
